The Effects of Pilates Exercises on Core Strength and Flexibility: 螒 Comprehensive Study
Abstract: 孝his study aimed t芯 investigate t一械 effects of Pilates exercises 謪n core strength and flexibility 褨n a group 邒f healthy adults. 螒 total 芯f 30 participants wer械 randomly assigned t芯 e褨ther a Pilates exercise 謥roup or 蓱 control gro战p. The Pilates exercise 伞roup underwent 蓱 12-we械k program consisting 芯f 3 sessions per wee泻, while the control group did not participate 褨n 蓱ny exercise program. The 锝抏sults sh芯w锝卍 significant improvements 褨n core strength 邪nd flexibility 褨n the Pilates exercise 謥roup, with no 褧ignificant differences 鞋etween the t岽 gr慰u蟻s.

Methodology: 韦一is study us锝卍 a randomized controlled trial (RCT) design t獠 investigate t一械 effects 謪f Pilates exercises 慰n core strength and flexibility. 螒 total 獠焒 30 healthy adults (15 males and 15 females) 岽re randomly assigned t獠 either a Pilates exercise 謥roup 謪r a control group.
